The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with good size beds, including a double bed, a single bed, and a travel cot, which were big and clean until 4 pm. The staff is extremely friendly, always waving and saying hello or offering assistance. While the location is convenient with shopping malls nearby, the dining options can be improved. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although quite hot due to sun exposure and with poor AC, were clean and spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. The service was efficient and helpful overall, with some staff members being exceptionally friendly. The location was convenient, close to shopping malls and souvenir shops. The dining options had some room for improvement, especially the quality of the food, but there were highlights like the kebabs at the medieval bar. The facilities were decent, albeit not outstanding.
